- 1 lb sea scallops
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 4 scallions, chopped
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Season scallops with salt, pepper and paprika.

2Place olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.

4Sear them two-three minutes per side, until caramelized (browned).

5Place scallops on platter, and cover loosely with foil.
