- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. oats
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. butter (3 sticks)
- 12 oz. jar caramel topping plus 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Mix first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.

2Press half of mixture in a 9 x 13 greased pan. Bake 10-15 minutes at 350°.

3Mix caramel and flour.

4Spread over oatmeal base, and sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.

5Then top with the rest of oatmeal mixture.

6Bake an additional 20-25 minutes until golden.

7Let cool before cutting.
