- 5 c. or 2 lb. carrots
- 2 medium onions
- 2 green peppers
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Cook carrots; drain and cool.

2Cut onions and green peppers in round slices and mix with cooled carrots.

3Mix other ingredients together and pour over vegetables.

4Cover and marinate for 12 hours or more.

5Will keep 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
