  • 5 c. or 2 lb. carrots
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper

Directions

    Cook carrots; drain and cool.

    Cut onions and green peppers in round slices and mix with cooled carrots.

    Mix other ingredients together and pour over vegetables.

    Cover and marinate for 12 hours or more.

    Will keep 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
