  • 4 eggs, unbeaten
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped

Directions

    Combine first 4 ingredients and beat until combined. Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour into floured cake pan 9 x 13 and bake 40-45 minutes at 350°.
