  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 c. grated carrots

Directions

    Beat well the oil and eggs, then add remaining cake ingredients; mix well.

    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 12-inch pan.

    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.
