- 2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. grated carrots

1Beat well the oil and eggs, then add remaining cake ingredients; mix well.

2Pour into greased and floured 9 x 12-inch pan.

3Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.
