  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Blend oil, eggs and sugar.

    Stir in carrots, pineapple, nuts and dry ingredients.
