- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. shredded carrots
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. walnuts
Directions

1Beat sugar and oil.

2Add eggs and beat well.

3Sift flour, cinnamon, salt and soda together and add to egg mixture.

4Mix well.

5Fold in carrots and nuts.

6Bake in greased 13 x 9-inch pan for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 300°.
