- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 c. finely grated carrots
Directions

1Dissolve sugar in oil.

2Add eggs (one at a time; blend each in well).

3Add dry ingredients; carrots last.

4Bake 30 to 40 minutes in 9 x 13-inch or 10 x 15-inch greased pan.

5Don't overbake.

6Bake at 350°.
