- 1 c. melted oleo or oil
- 4 unbeaten eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. grated or ground raw carrots
- 1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Directions

1Cream sugar and oleo or oil.

2Add eggs and lightly hand beat. Add flour and other dry ingredients.

3Beat lightly again.

4Fold in carrots and nuts.

5Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

6Makes 3 layers.
