  • 2 chicken breasts (1 boned chicken)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. water chestnuts
  • 4 oz. mushrooms
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced thin
  • 2 c. crushed potato chips (optional)

Directions
