  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 c. cooked carrots, mashed and cooled
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. raisins
  • 3/4 c. nuts

    Mix first 7 ingredients until well blended.

    Then add remaining ingredients.

    Bake in loaf pan 45 to 50 minutes in 350° oven.
