- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1 small can crushed pineapple and juice
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Blend first three ingredients together well.

2Add remaining ingredients to mixture and blend well.

3Bake in 350° oven 1 hour or until done in a greased and floured pan.
