  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple and juice
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon

    Blend first three ingredients together well.

    Add remaining ingredients to mixture and blend well.

    Bake in 350° oven 1 hour or until done in a greased and floured pan.
