  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 c. sugar

Directions

    Combine flour, soda, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.

    Mix the remaining ingredients together and combine with the dry ingredients.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Add 3 cups grated carrots.

    Bake in two 9-inch or three 8-inch pans at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
