- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. sifted flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Cream together carrots, sugar, cooking oil and eggs.

2Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

3Add sifted ingredients to creamed ingredients; stir in nuts.

4Pour into tube pan.

5Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
