- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 2 c. flour (all-purpose)
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. carrots, grated
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix oil and sugar; beat well.

3Add eggs separately.

4Sift dry ingredients together.

5Then blend mixtures and beat thoroughly.

6Stir in carrots.

7Pour into three 8-inch or two 9-inch greased, floured layer pans.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
