  • 2 lb. stew meat
  • 1 bunch carrots, cut in chunks
  • 1 c. celery, cut in chunks
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • potatoes, if desired

Directions

    Place all ingredients in Dutch oven with lid.

    Cook in 250° oven for at least 5 hours.
