- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Sift together dry ingredients.

2Stir in oil.

3Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

4Add carrots, nuts, raisins and vanilla, mixing well. Bake in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
