  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. grated carrot
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

    Cream the sugar and eggs.

    Add pineapple and carrots. Sift dry ingredients into this.

    Mix. Bake in 2 round greased cake pans for 35 minutes at 350°.
