  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 c. grated carrots
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

    Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and dry ingredients that have been sifted together.

    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325°.
