- 1 lb. carrots, sliced
- 3/4 tsp. horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. crumbs
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Directions

1Cook carrots and diced onions.

2Use 1/2 cup water from carrots and add horseradish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

3Pour over carrots.

4Combine butter with crumbs and add half to carrot mixture.

5Put other half on top.

6Bake at 350° until bubbly.
