- 2 c. mashed, cooked carrots
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
Directions

1Puree together carrots, melted margarine and milk.

2Mix together sugar, eggs, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking powder. Add pureed carrot mixture to rest of ingredients.

3Bake at 350° for 1/2 to 1 hour until crispy.
