- 1 lb. carrots
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 c. grated yellow cheese
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm crumbs
Directions

1Dice carrots.

2Cook in salted water until fork-tender; drain. Add chopped onion to melted margarine and saute for 5 to 10 minutes.

3Add all other ingredients to diced carrots, reserving 1 cup of crumbs.

4Pour into greased casserole.

5Top with 1 cup crumbs and dot with margarine.

6Bake at 350° until bubbling, about 20 minutes.
