  • 1 lb. carrots, sliced, cooked and drained
  • 15 Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 stick oleo and 3 Tbsp. oleo
  • 4 to 6 oz. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Melt oleo and cheese and pour over cooked carrots.

    Crush crackers and mix with 3 tablespoons of melted oleo.

    Put on top of carrots and cheese.

    Bake at 350° until bubbly, about 20 minutes.
