- 1 lb. carrots, sliced, cooked and drained
- 15 Ritz crackers
- 1/2 stick oleo and 3 Tbsp. oleo
- 4 to 6 oz. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Melt oleo and cheese and pour over cooked carrots.

2Crush crackers and mix with 3 tablespoons of melted oleo.

3Put on top of carrots and cheese.

4Bake at 350° until bubbly, about 20 minutes.
