  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 cup colby-monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded carrot, drained
  • 1 teaspoon lawry's seasoning
  • 1/3 cup salted sunflower seeds, chopped

Directions

    Mix everything except sunflower seeds together and chill 30 minutes.

    Shape into small balls using a tablespoon.

    Press one side of each ball into the sunflower seeds.
