- 1 carrot, chopped
- pinch of marjoram
- pinch of thyme
- squirt of white wine
- 1 lb. shrimp or calamari
- oil
- 1 bouillon cube (chicken)
- water (if needed)
Directions

1Saute onion in oil until soft.

2Add carrot, marjoram and thyme.

3Add squirt of wine.

4Add fish and bouillon cube.

5Cook 1/2 hour on low flame.

6Add water if needed.
