  • 1 c. grated carrots
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
