  • 10 oz. all-purpose potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 6 oz. carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme, crumbled
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
