- 2 (16 oz.) bags carrots
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- dash of ginger
- 1 c. seedless green grapes, cut in half
Directions

1Cut carrots into 1-inch thick diagonal slices.

2In saucepan over medium heat, cook carrots, orange juice, olive oil, salt, sugar and ginger to boiling.

3Cover and simmer on low for 15 minutes.

4Add cut grapes to mixture and cook 5 minutes more until carrots are fork tender.

5Drain and serve.
