- 3 or 4 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
- 5 oz. cashews
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 can mushrooms
- 14 oz. can chicken broth
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Saute cashews in 1/8 cup of oil.

2Remove from pan.

3Saute chicken pieces in deep frying pan.

4Add cashews, water chestnuts, mushrooms and chicken broth to frying pan.

5Bring to a boil.

6Mix 1/4 cup of soy sauce with 2 1/2 tablespoons of cornstarch as thickener.

7Thicken the chicken broth mixture.
