- 2 large catfish, deboned
- 1/2 c. chopped fat meat
- 1 c. onion
- 1 c. diced potatoes
- 2 qt. tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. steak sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 stick margarine
- 1 small bottle ketchup
Directions

1In a large pot, brown fat meat; remove and drain.

2Add potatoes and onion to fat remaining in pot.

3Cook until tender. Add ketchup.

4Cook for 10 minutes.

5Add fish and remaining ingredients.

6Cook at low heat for 45 minutes or until thickened. Enjoy.
