- 1 1/2 c. white corn meal (Hearn and Rawlings water ground)
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 3 1/2 c. boiling water
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 2/3 c. milk
Directions

1Mix corn meal, flour, salt and sugar together.

2Pour boiling water over; beat well.

3Make sure lumps are out.

4Then add eggs, milk and butter.

5Mix well.

6Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
