  • 1 1/2 c. white corn meal (Hearn and Rawlings water ground)
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 3 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 2/3 c. milk

    Mix corn meal, flour, salt and sugar together.

    Pour boiling water over; beat well.

    Make sure lumps are out.

    Then add eggs, milk and butter.

    Mix well.

    Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
