  • 1 cauliflower, cleaned and separated
  • equal amount of carrots, diced
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • croutons

Directions

    Precook cauliflower and carrots 5 minutes in boiling water. Drain. Layer cauliflower and carrots in a casserole dish. Top with soup. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Sprinkle top with croutons (cheese is optional). Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
