- 1 medium size cauliflower
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Wash and trim cauliflower and break into flowerets.

2Precook them in boiling water with salt added for 5 minutes.

3Drain on paper towels.

4Combine flour and bread crumbs in plastic bag.

5Add cauliflower and shake to coat well.

6Fry in butter until golden brown, turning frequently.

7Serve promptly.
