  • 3 Tablespoons Butter (real Butter Please)
  • 2 Tablespoons Scallions
  • 1 clove Garlic, Crushed
  • 3 Tablespoons Flour, All Purpose
  • 2 cups Warm Milk (a Minute In The Microwave To Warm Slightly)
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
  • 2 cups Favorite Cheese (Cheddar And Parmesan, Divided Use)
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter For Breadcrumb Mixture (or Two If You Double The Breadcrumbs Like I Do)
  • 1/2 cups Plain Breadcrumbs (I Go CRAZY And Double It)
  • Black Or Red Pepper (to Taste)
