- 2 c. cauliflower
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 2 tsp. margarine
- 2 tsp. flour
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1/8 tsp. ground celery seed
- dash of white pepper
Directions

1Boil florets until soft in 1/2 cup water.

2Process in food processor or blender.

3Heat margarine.

4Add flour; stir in broth. Mix.

5Add vegetables (rest of ingredients) and cook together. Makes 2 large servings.
