  • 6 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 oz. Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cook cauliflower in salted, boiling water, covered, 15 mins. Drain, cool. Transfer to a food processor. Add other ingredients and process until smooth. Refrigerate up to 3 days.

    serve with fresh snipped oregano.
