- BATTER
- 8 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- vegetable oil, for baking dishes
- ICING
- 2 cups icing sugar, sifted
- hot water, enough to make icing drizzle
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425 F and grease 24 pyrex dishes.

2Beat all of the ingredients together at medium speed for about 10 minutes.

3Place 1 teaspoon of oil in each pyrex dish, then pour 1 tablespoon of batter in each dish.

4Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool slightly, then drizzle the cavacas with the icing sugar. Let the icing harden before serving.

5Icing: Mix the icing sugar and the hot water to a thick consistency.
