  • 7 small new potatoes
  • 2 12 cups boiling water
  • 12 cup sour cream, plus
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 2 12 teaspoons black caviar, drained (apprx)
  • 2 12 teaspoons golden black caviar, drained (apprx)

Directions

    Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes or until tender; drain.

    Chill.

    Slice potatoes crosswise into 1/4 inch slices.

    Place potatoe slices on a serving platter.

    Top each slice with about 3/4 teaspoon sour cream and about 1/8 teaspoon caviar.
