  • 1 1/2 c. chopped celery and leaves
  • 1/4 c. rice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 1/2 c. water

    Combine celery, rice, onion, salt and pepper with water in saucepan.

    Bring to boil.

    Simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
