- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Soak beans overnight.

3Put all ingredients into crock-pot.

4Cover with water.

5Cook on low temperature 8 to 10 hours.

6Remove roast and debone.

7Put meat back into pot and cook 1 more hour to improve flavor.
