- 3 lb. pork roast
- 1 lb. pinto beans
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 small cans chopped green chilies
- 1 Tbsp. salt or to taste
Directions

1Put all ingredients in large pan and cover with water.

2Cook, covered, over low heat.

3Add water as needed.

4After approximately 6 hours, take bones out of meat and break meat up.

5Then cook with lid off into thick mixture for 1 to 2 hours.

6Serve over corn chips and add the following as desired:

7grated cheese, chopped onion, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced avocados and hot salsa.

8Serves 12 to 14.
