- 8 slices bread, cubed
- 3 oz. pkg. grated cheese
- 2 lb. sausage, browned and drained
- 1 c. drained mushrooms
- 1 c. mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 3 tsp. mustard (dry)
Directions

1Layer half of the first 3 ingredients in a 3-quart baking dish; repeat.

2Combine mushrooms, soup and 1/4 cup of milk; pour over mixture.

3Also, blend together the eggs, 2 1/4 cups milk and mustard and pour on top of all.

4Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

5Bake at 300°, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
