- 2 racks pork loin ribs (baby back)
- 1/2 c. Kraft hickory smoke barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1/2 jigger Lea & Perrins
- 1/2 jigger lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Parboil ribs 1 hour (2 tablespoon salt in water).

2Drain and place in flat pan.

3Mix other stuff and simmer 20 minutes while ribs boil.

4Pour over ribs.

5Cover and refrigerate overnight. Smoke for 4 hours turning every 1/2 hour in a smoker where pecan or mesquite fire is not directly under meat.

6Keep temperature between 225° and 300°.

7Baste with remaining marinade on final turning.

8Serve 4 along with slaw and potatoes.
