Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks)
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers, roll out well or blended
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 (3 1/2 oz.) cans shredded coconut
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Cream well together the butter and sugar.

    Add eggs, one at a time.

    Whip after each egg.

    Add vanilla wafer crumbs and milk to mixture.

    Fold in coconut and pecans.

    Grease and flour a tube pan or Bundt pan.

    Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.

    Must be cooled completely before removing from pan.

    Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
