- 6 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon rosemary leaf, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
Directions

1Peel potatoes with turning knife.

2Cut into 8 sided shapes.

3In rimmed baking sheet, heat butter, oil and rosemary in a preheated 425 degree oven until butter starts to sizzle.

4Dry potatoes and place in pan and stir to coat with butter mixture.

5Bake at 425 degrees stirring occasionally for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.

6Season to taste and serve.
