- 1 gallon Hamburger Dill Chips
- 5 pounds Sugar
- 1 bottle (5 Oz. Size) Tabasco Sauce
Directions

1Drain juice off the hamburger dill chips. Put pickles in a turkey roaster or other large, covered container. Pour sugar over pickles and stir to evenly mix.

2Add entire contents of Tabasco sauce. Stir again. Cover and allow to sit overnight (8 hours or so).

3The next morning, stir well, ladle into prepared jars; add tops and rings. Process filled jars 20 minutes in boiling water bath. Allow to cool completely. Check seals.

5If you don't care for the spice, don't add the Tabasco.

6I sometimes add pearl onions, baby corn on the cob, sliced jalepeno, sliced onions, minced garlic ... whatever suits my fancy.
