Cheddar Bay Biscuits

  • 4 cups bisquick baking mix
  • 2 cups shredded mild cheddar
  • 11/2 cups buttermilk (you can use milk but buttermilk makes it fluffier)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 11/2 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

Directions

    Mix the baking mix, cheddar, and buttermilk in a large bowl until doughy. Use spoon and place about a golf ball size amount onto ungreased baking sheet and bake at 450° for about 10-15 min. Once golden brown on bottom remove and coat with butter sauce.

    Butter Sauce: melt butter in pan and add garlic and parsley. Use brush to apply to biscuits.
