- 1 large can pink or red salmon
- 1 large pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1/2 c. crushed nuts (optional)
Directions

1Remove bones and skin from salmon.

2Let cream cheese soften. Mix thoroughly salmon and cream cheese.

3Add Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke and horseradish (these amounts can be changed according to taste).

4Form into a ball, roll in nuts and refrigerate.

5This can be used as a dip without the nuts.

6Makes a nice hors d'oeuvres, or dip for cocktail parties.
