  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese (cut from a wheel; like firm Salem's Market or Cider Mill)
  • 6 to 8 hot cherry peppers
  • mayo (enough to make dip spread easily)

    I use a hand grinder and grind the cheese and peppers fine. Mix with the mayonnaise.
