- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 1/2 c. sliced carrots
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 2 Tbsp. chopped celery leaves
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 1 or 2 c. either seafood, ham or cooked bacon
Directions

1Simmer vegetables in water and bouillon cubes for 10 minutes. Do not drain.

2Make a white sauce with the flour, milk, salt and pepper.

3Add to vegetables.

4Then add cheese and stir until melted.

5Stir in the desired meat.
